Kind of sad that Christmas is over only because I've grown used to having this little guy on our mantel. And I know I've said it before, but isn't my Mum so cute? :)
My MIL gave me these slippers last Christmas. They're super comfy, and I love them muchly despite their kind of marshmallow pink colour. I don't hate pink... I'm just more fond of black or navy. Because I'm hardcore like that.

Um, your mum's adorable. So is your tree.
Also, is that your only tree? If so, do you not have a real one because it would have to be too close to the hinky and capricious toaster which might or might not be plugged in and let's face it, trees are flammable, and flames are not easily stamped out by pink fuzzy slippers?
HA, love the note! In my house, I have left hubby notes only to have them not seen by hubby. He says "You need to leave them right here for me to see" HUH? Basically, next to the car keys or over the toilet. :) Happy New Year!
