And last night, I tried a new recipe for lasagna I'd seen on A Cup of Jo. I had to change things of course... instead of chard I used spinach, and I sprinkled breadcrumbs on the top. And I omitted the lemon slices because I couldn't be bothered, and I'm not too fond of lemon in my food.
Definitely would make it again. And definitely would read instructions a little better... I completely missed the part about covering the lasagna with foil while baking. Oops. Still good though!
