Isn't this tree gorgeous? It's in front of my house, on the opposite side of the road. I can see it from my living room and I think it's just beautiful. People go on about New England fall foliage, and you can sort of understand why. It pretty much looks like that all around these parts.
Oh fall, how I adore thee.

You know, when I first saw this...it made me do a double take. It looks like a tree and hedgerow at our old house! LOL
Which Bean and I drove by today because he doesn't remember it since he was so little when we moved. How odd to have deja vu virtually!
blessings!
Just lovely - thanks for sharing! We went from green to white this year and though the white is gone, things went brown pretty quick...
So true, I do love how it looks around here right now. Your tree is gorgeous!
Yes, it is gorgeous!
Each and every fall the changing trees dazzle and amaze me... So great is their beauty, it's as if I have never witnessed this magic before.
Thats a cool tree. We went from green to cold and rainy and no color change, so any sign of fall is welcome here.
That tree is so beautiful!!!
oh how I'm so jealous!!! I grew up in KY and remember how beautiful the trees would become in fall.. even begging my mom to take the long way home in the car so we could check on our favorite trees to see if they had peeked yet.
Now I live in SE Texas along the gulf coast and the trees down here do NOT change colors at all - and barely even loose their leaves. :( It really is true that you don't appreciate these types of things until you no longer have them.
Thanks for sharing your tree - you are so lucky! I'm glad i found your blog today.
Love from Texas! ~bonnie
