How good do these lemon mint granitas look?!Is it just me, or do you want to stick a finger right in there? No? Just me then? Alrighty.
Lemon is one of my favourite flavours (second only to chocolate) and anything lemony makes me happy. I'm going to have to make some of these this summer.
