A Quilt For Ozzy

A few months ago, the hub's cousin had a little baby boy called Osbourne and I made him a quilt... and never actually got round to gifting it since we almost never see them. We finally saw little Ozzy's grandmother, so we gave her the parcel to pass to the little man :)

I decided to make a smaller version of the Tribute Star quilt (a free pattern by Denyse) out of DS fabrics and a grey solid for the background. It's a really simple and super cute pattern to make... if you're ever in need of a quilt made very quickly, this would be an awesome choice.

I bound it in a Kona solid with a pop of DS fabric stuck in there for a bit of fun.

I hope they like it and it'll get loads of use out of it. Ozzy's grandmother hugged the stuffing out of me when I gave it to her hehe That's kind of the reaction you want! :)

How could they not love that? It's so cute - and I love it's colourful but minimal look.

Ps - baby named ozzy. Awesome.

This is lovely! really like it! What sizes did you decide to make for the pieces around the star? I would really like to try this at this size. Well done!

Really nice pattern, and I love the fabrics you chose! They're perfect, as usual. ❤️
