Off To Sewing Summit!

I'm leaving for Salt Lake City this afternoon to attend Sewing Summit and I'm barely able to sit still! I'd like to apologise to the people sitting next to me on the plane because I'm going to be fidgety as hell. Either that or I'll fall asleep before take-off, so good luck trying to get to the aisle to go potty.

I'm looking forward to being surrounded by friends and I know that'll raise my spirits from the awful news I received this past weekend. I'm done with crying (my left eye is completely gross right now... it was all swollen from crying and I rubbed it to wee bit too much so there's peeling skin and I look really awesome. Apologies to anyone at Sewing Summit who'll see me. Try not to faint, thanks.) and I want to enjoy life and remember my dear uncle the way he'd like us to.
