Make Life... Quickly!

I made this quilt in super record time. I've been swamped with gift-making, custom orders etc, so when this order was finalised, I only had a few days to get it done. And I did it! Phew! Trying not to pull a muscle patting myself on the back... Huh? What? Who said that?

I used a layer cake of Make Life, and the client liked the first one I'd made, but wanted this one with only alternate blocks square in square. Works for me! :)

I did the same loopy quilting, just a little larger than the other quilt. Love loopy quilting... it goes so quickly and it's super fun to do.

The back is a green background with cute little daisies, and include a block with a message for little baby Kayla who this quilt is for.

And in one of the blocks, I quilted Kayla's name into it :) Cuteness.

I think it turned out pretty cute, and I'm excited that it's on its way to baby Kayla :)

I am a Make Life junkie and I love this quilt. Gives me an idea for something to do with all of my Make Life fabric.

This quilt came out great!! I love the loopy quilting! Did you print the label yourself? I need to print some pictures for a friend's quilt - I was just going to use spoonflower but now I'm thinking I could print them myself...
