All week long my middle sister has been telling me she and dad have something coming for me so I need to watch out for it. All week long I watched diligently.
This morning I stupidly went to the bathroom. FedEx came. And left.
I sat there stunned for a second and then decided I'm going to call them and whine. Oh lord can I whine. I whined, the lady said she couldn't promise me anything, I whined a little more, she went away and returned with good news. I told her she was my new favourite person.
Anyway, don't let anyone tell you otherwise... whining works. The guy rocked up to my house ten minutes later with a big box. I thanked him and offered him my firstborn. He wasn't as thrilled as I thought he'd be.
So pretty! I may have spent a full minute shaking it trying to guess what it was before I realised I could just open it and find out. Old age hit, and hit hard, people.And then I opened the box and started crying because this is what lay inside...

Now THAT's a bag worth whining for... Your family, especially your sisters, are excellent gift-picker-outers. My sister's great bu dad's only good at gifts for mum - but boy, he nails it every time.
