I miss my family and friends a little more during the Chinese New Year. The family reunions, the foods and snacks only prepared at this time of year, and being reminded of the wonderful culture I was born into.
Plus when you're a kid, you get money in little red packets. This continues until you're married. Now you know why I waited till I was 30 to marry...
So to one and all, gong xi fa cai, xing nian kuai le, nian nian you yu.
(Wishing you prosperity, a happy new year, may every year be more prosperous.)
