Last night I was quilting the zoo quilt, and then set about making the binding. I started pinning the binding on to sew it to the quilt, and my sister remarks casually that she noticed the sashing and binding are two different shades of browns, thinking I'd meant to do that. Wrong.
I seriously had no idea I'd gotten the wrong shade of brown! Doh! I can't believe I didn't even notice. Thank goodness she's here and said something because something tells me I'd have sewn the entire thing on and then when I sat back to look at my work, I'd finally have noticed the oopsie.
Thank goodness for sisters :D
