The ladybug Swoon quilt's all finished! It turned out super cute and is now all squishy after being washed :)
I did very simple loopy free-motion quilting because the ladybug print had all these loopy things on it, so I thought it'd be cute.
Ahhh I love the back! :) And the binding just kills me. Everyone knows I love me some stripey binding, and this one is one of my faves. Adorbs!
I'm meeting my friend next week to hand this off to her, and I hope she likes it! :)
Lovely! Simply lovely! I wasn't sure about this block, but now, with your modifications, I love it!

ReplyDeleteOh I love your quilt all crinkly - I also just did a loopy quilting pattern on my last quilt - what fun! I bet it will look even better after I throw it in the washer and dryer.

ReplyDeleteSO! Pretty.
ReplyDeleteYour fabrics are what makes this so special. Like you, I love striped bindings. Actually, I love to use stripes in my quilts too. They add interest and complexity to the simplest designs.
ReplyDeleteJust wondering what size your swoon block is? Very lucky baby!
