I don't really celebrate St Patrick's Day, but when there's something as delicious as Irish Soda Bread in existence, then yes, please!I made my first batch of Irish Soda Breads last St Patty's and since then, my husband's been dreaming about it. I think it's the caraway seeds that do the trick.

I adore Irish soda bread, but have never made it. Someone brought some in to work today, but I resisted. (trying to cut down on carbs) Yours looks delish!
