Since you don't like the price, I bet you could make it yourself since it looks pretty simple.
I like that dress and I think it looks nice with that striped shirt.

Gasp, I finally looked at the price! It sure is cute though, especially with that top underneath. I bet you could find a similar top at a thrift store to make the outfit more "affordable."
